ACMS SUMMER OFFICE HOURS/DAYS

The Asa Clark Middle School Office will be open on the following days during the summer from 8:00 am -3:00 pm:

ENROLLMENT OF NEW STUDENT/TOUR OF ASA CLARK
New prospective families to the Pewaukee School District that would like aátouráof Asa Clark Middle School (7th and 8th grades), can schedule a tour by contactingáSchool Counselor Adriana Plach (262-695-5057 or placadr@pewaukeeschools.org).

If enrolling a 7th orá8th grade student at Asa Clark Middle School for the 2015-16 school year,áplease select the "New Families/Registration" tab to the left, and then select the "Enrollment Paperwork" folder whereáyou will find all of the forms necessaryáto enroll a new student.á When completing either a 7th or 8th Grade Course Selection Sheet, please feel free to reference the Course Description Guide which willáprovide you with a description for each course.

- Student's birth certificate

OPEN HOUSE AND IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FOR 2015-16
Asa Clark Middle School will be hosting registration and open house for the 2015-16 school year on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.á Click here for more information about open house and in-person registration.á This is the time when students will receive an official copy of their schedule, receive their locker assignment and padlock, set-up their locker, have their school picture taken, and meet their teachers.á It is also a time that lunch payments can be made, medicine dropped off with a District health nurse, and school fees can be paid (cash or check - made payable to Asa Clark MS).á Contact Mrs. Carrigan, Principal Secretary if you have questions about registration and open house (262-695-5034 or carrcyn2@pewaukeeschoools.org).

STUDENT SCHEDULES FOR 2015-16
Student schedules for the 2015-16 school year for all 7th and 8th grade students will be viewable in Skyward Family Access starting Monday, July 27, 2015.á For purposes of efficiency and cost, paper copies of student schedules will not be mailed home.á An official hard copy of 7th and 8th grade student schedules will be available for pick-up at Asa Clark Middle School's in-person registration scheduled for August 27, 2015 from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2015-16
Online registration for Asa Clark Middle School families will be open starting August 3, 2015.á Online registration is the process which will allow families to verify current student and family information and make any necessary changes.á Payments via VISA or MasterCardáwill be available for school fees and food service payments through a secured third party vendor (RevTrak).á If you would like to apply for free or reduced priced lunches, applications and instructions are available to downloadá by selecting the "New Families/Registration" tab to the left (from the red box) and then selecting the "Additional Online Registration Information" folder.á In addition, if you would like an application mailed to you, please contact Ms. Sue Gross at 262-695-5031.

BUS INFORMATION FOR 2015-16
An Alteration of Bus Service Form can be found by selecting the "New Families/Registration" tab to the left (from the red box) and then selecting the "Additional On-line Registration Information" folder.á
This form only needs to be completed if your child will regularly (Monday through Friday)ábe picked up or dropped off at a location other than home, such as day care.á For the safety of students, all students are currently routed to their home address.á If an Alteration of Bus Service Form was completed for the last school year, this information is not saved andáan Alteration of Bus Service Form will need to be completed for the coming school year.á Alteration of Bus Service Forms should be submitted byáAugust 17áto be ready for the first day of school.á Requests made after August 17 are not guaranteed to be ready for the first day of school.á If you have any questions, please contact your building secretary.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
áááá Parent/teacher conferences at Asa Clark Middle School will be held on October 22, 2015 and March 10, 2016 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.á Student progress reports for Term 1 will be handed out at the October 22nd conferences and student progress reports for Term 4 will be handed out at the March 10th conferences.á Please remember that student grades can always be accessed through Skyward Family Access.
áááá Asa Clark Middle School's conference format is designed for 5 minute conferences with teachers of your choice.á If you need a longer conference than 5 minutes, feel free to contact any of your middle school child's teachers to schedule a different conference time.á During conferences, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Math, Fitness, Chinese and French teachers will be located in the Asa Clark gym; all other teachers will be conferencing in their classroom.

ATTENDANCE REPORTING FOR STUDENTS
Please call the Attendance Office (262-695-5024) each morning (prior to 7:30 a.m.) your child will beáabsent from school or tardy to school.ááIf your child has an appointment during the school day, send a note with your child stating the time they need to leave and the reason.á Your child should bring this note to the Attendance Office prior to 1st hour the day of their appointment to get an off-campus permit.
